Friday at the Cathedral of the City of Independence, in the presence of the Dean of the Court of First Instance of Gonaïves Me Mécène Jean Louis, of the Senator of the Artibonite Youri Latortue, of members of the Dean, faculty and administration was held the diploma graduation ceremony of the promotion 2012-2016 "Grégoire Jean Baptiste".

Nearly 500 students from the "École de Droits et des Sciences Économiques des Gonaïves" (EDSEG) have graduated in Legal Sciences, among them two employees of the Office of Citizen Protection (OPC): Smith Prinvil and Steevens Martial.

This graduation was followed by a thanksgiving mass. In his occasional sermon, the pastor of Gonaïves pointed to the attention of future lawyers, they are called to be indispensable servants of the Haitian justice.
