iciHaiti - Education : Six Haitian scholars will study in the Dominican Republic

Friday, Simon Dieuseul Desras, the Minister of Environment announced that 6 young Haitians will benefit from scholarships in the field of environment and human resources to continue their education in the Dominican Republic. These scholarships were granted as part of a bilateral agreement signed between the two nations on the island. For Minister Desras, this initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of his ministry.
The happy beneficiaries of of these scholarships thanked the authorities of both countries of this opportunity and promised to return to Haiti after their studies, to put their knowledge at the service of the population.
