3 decrees were published in the special issue #10 of the official journal « Le Moniteur » dated Thursday, September 8 on the creation of 3 new industrial free zone of export in Haiti.

1 - Decree authorizing to be implanted to Segur Santo, Santo 19, 2nd communal section of Varreux, commune of Croix-des-Bouquets (West), an industrial free zone of export named "Zone franche Santo du Jour"

2 - Decree authorizing to be implanted in the locality of Digneron and Roche Blanche, in the Plaine du Cul-du-Sac, commune of Croix-des-Bouquets (West), an industrial free zone of export named "Zone franche de Digneron" ;

3 - Decree authorizing to be implanted at the Airport Road, Toussaint Louverture Boulevard #26, Corner of Jean Gilles and Delmas, commune of Delmas (West), an industrial free zone of export named "GMC - Zone franche".
