iciHaiti - Diplomacy : Ambassador of Haiti visited the Dominican JCE

Thursday afternoon, Roberto Rosario Márquez, President of the JCE (Junta Central Electoral) of the Dominican Republic, received a courtesy visit from the Ambassador of Haiti to the Dominican Republic, Idalbert Pierre-Jean.

The Haitian Ambassador accompanied of advisers Myrlande Lafont and Ronal Beldor has discussed various issues of mutual interest with Rosario Marquez who was accompanied by the Secretary General, Ramón Hilario Espiñeira Ceballos and journalist Félix Reyna, Director of Communications of the JCE.

Rosario Márquez welcomed the visit of the diplomatic delegation of Haiti, while Ambassador Pierre-Jean was very grateful for the welcome of the President of the Electoral Junta and expressed interest to continue to strengthen cooperation ties with the JCE.
