Saturday at the Training Polyvalent Centre of Croix-des-Bouquets, Abel Nazaire, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, launched the 2nd edition of the Youth Fair, a portal of young leaders created in order to train model citizens in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Over 120 young people from Cité Soleil, Solino, Bel-Air, Canaan, Jérusalem, Corail, Martissant, Fontamara, Carrefour Feuilles, Croix-des-Bouquets will participate for 6 months to leadership training sessions in information technology, entrepreneurship and environment. Every weekend, they will be supervised by the technicians from the Directorate of Youth and Social Integration of the Ministry by two engineers from the Faculty of Science.

The Minister Nazaire has, also evoked the spirit of solidarity and sharing that must exist between all youth, all categories, in order to preserve the social balance necessary to the advancement of the country. He said to be convinced of the scope and importance of this Youth Fair , which will "contribute to the building of a society without crime, without banditry with well supervised youth able to take over."
