Monday evening, the gendarmes of Roura in French Guiana, went following rumors, to the home of a young couple, a man of 22 and a young schoolgirl 17 years and found in a freezer unplugged, the dismembered body of a man.

The prosecutor said the victim was a 23 year old man, born in Haiti, which has been identified, but did not provide other details.

The state of decomposition of the body suggests investigators that the crime could have been committed there 4 or 5 months.

The young man confessed quickly be the murderer. The exact role of his partner remains unknown for now, but according a udicial source, she could not ignore the existence of this body in the freezer. The young couple was known in Roura as friendly and kind people without problems...

The motive for this crime could be a love rivalry between the alleged killer and the victim.

The investigation was entrusted by the prosecution to the
Research Brigade of Matoury.
