Haiti - Jacmel : Success of free ocular consultations in favor of the poor

The organization "Mains jointes pour la Relance Nationale" (MAJREN), organized 3 days of free ocular consultations in the city of Jacmel. This activity that took place from September 16 to 18 at the Church Strict Baptist Tabernacle of Jacmel, brought together several hundred people.

After evaluation of patients, many have received glasses thanks to a donation of the institution Good Samaritan.

This activity is part of a series of medical clinics organized in collaboration with the Lorquet Foundation for a New Haiti and support of the Printing Media-Text.

The objective of this initiative, which will continue in several other cities across the country is to help the poor to benefit from better eye care, while encouraging them to practice prevention to better protect their eyes.
