As part of the Haitian micro-industrial parks National Program, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the European Union (EU) "have mobilized nearly $10 million and technical supports for this program which aims to develop 42 micro-parks in Haiti.

In the short term 4 priority sectors were selected in this program: agribusiness, mechanical, bio technology and manufacturing.

Recall that a micro-Park is a space developped with buildings, infrastructure, production equipment and services intended to be used in a mutual way by the companies installed.
