The awards ceremony for the second edition of the "Young Journalist Award in Haiti" on the theme "Solidarity", took place at FOKAL in the presence of the organizer BRECAL/OIF Director, Mr. David Bongard, the President of the Jury - Mr. Frantz Duval, and participating partners such as Ambassadors : Paula Caldwell St-Onge (Canada), Élisabeth Beton-Delegue (France), Jean-Luc Virchaux (Switzerland), other partners and the local press.
