Saturday, as part of the International Day of Older Persons , Sophia Martelly, the President of the Rose et Blanc Foundation (FREB), paid a surprise visit to the St. Vincent of Paul Asylum, in Léogâne to celebrate this International Day with the women and men living in that establishment, which are mostly disabled.

It is with warmth and emotion they welcomed the delegation of the Rose et Blanc Foundation, to which they expressed their deep gratitude for thinking to them. For her part Mrs. Martelly was pleased to share this moment with these "grandèt" stressing "We must show them the utmost respect, as we are all called to go at this stage."
