iciHaiti - FLASH : Attacks of humanitarian convoy, zero tolerance

Since the passage of the Matthew hurricane on Haiti, at least four aid convoys have been attacked and looted by unidentified individuals in particular on the National Road #2.
Thursday, the ministers Pierrot Délienne (Foreign Affairs), Camille Edouard (Justice) and Michaël Gédéon, Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), announced that faced this situation, the authorities decided to reinforce the staff in the Great South and declare zero tolerance.
