The Communication Office of the Primature informs the general public that Monday, October 17, 2016, the 210th anniversary of the assassination of the Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines is a no working day.

Consequently, schools, businesses and public administration will remain closed Monday, October 17, 2016 throughout the territory.
