As part of the 26th Edition of "Reina Hispanoamericana 2016" Raquel Pelissier elected Miss Univers Haiti 2016 in August https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18455-haiti-social-elections-of-miss-universe-haiti-and-miss-international-haiti.html , won the scarf "Miss Deporte Patra" that coveted 22 candidates to the hotel Buganvillas in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
