Thursday morning on the route des rails to Bizoton 6, in the commune of Carrefour, the population exasperated by the frequent attacks of bandits ransoming passersby have made talked popular justice face the inaction of the National Police.
Residents explained that 3 thieves onboard motorcycle have ambushed, one of the bandits, a young man accused of theft, was captured struck and killed with knives before being burned, while the other two managed to escape.
Moreover, on the eve of the road of Frères, 3 rmed individuals who were stripping a person returning from a microcredit were caught by an officer of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in civilian clothes, who was at the scene, on which they would have fired according to testimony. The unhurt police retaliated, killing instantly one of the bandits, injuring a second while the 3rd ran away.
