Camille Edouard Jr, the Minister of Justice has recently gathered all Clerks and Deputy Clerks of national territory to give them formal instructions on the preparation of hearing files for more effective judicial organization. It was also discussed at the meeting : of judgments rendered by default, the corpus delicti, of judicial rates and the importance of compliance with deadlines for issuing the expeditions of judgment.

During his invention Minister Édouard, while recognizing the hard work and demanding done by the Clerks in the courts of the country recalled "The clerks are neutral, and linked to the obligation of discretion. Clerks must accompany the judges during the trial for a better distribution of justice. We need clerks working meticulously. The error of a comma could cause the conviction of a citizen," calling all the clerks to the extreme vigilance when signing an act of justice, which will engage its present and its future.
