iciHaiti - Justice : Minor trafficking, two arrests

At the beginning of the week in the commune of Thomassique, the Hinche's Brigade for the Protection of Minors (BPM) has arrested two individuals accused of trafficking of a minor girl, aged 13 years, to the Haitiano-Dominican border confirmed Wesler Apollo, the Head of BPM in Hinche.
Recalling that in recent times, human trafficking with the neighboring country takes on alarming proportions in the central Plateau deploring that "women and minors are the main victims. Traffickers do not hesitate to cross the border with Haitian children in front of everyone..."
