"Through his talent, John Herbert Constant, has shown the whole world what our Haiti Chérie is capable of in the artistic, literary and musical fields. Once again, this deep light, which illuminates the difficult nights of the valiant people, was projected on the Haiti of Martha Jean-Claude, of Guy Durosiers, of Ansy Derose, of Azor, on this nation of sambas," stressed Minister Garcia who has committed to accompany this young talent in the stages of his promising career.

The first place was won by Soul Bang's, Guinean singer-songwriter (24 years) and the 3rd place of the podium by another Guinean artist : Kandia Kora.
