Haiti - Fidel Castro : Flag at half-mast in Haiti

The Communication Office of the Presidency informs the population in general and all those interested in particular,

ncluding public administrations and schools, that by Decree of Prime Minister Enex Jean Charles, dated 1 December 2016, approved by the defacto President of the Republic Jocelerme Privert, the national flag will be lowered at half-mast on Friday 2, Saturday 3 and Sunday, December 4, 2016, in solidarity with the Cuban people, following the passing away of former President of the Republic of Cuba, Fidel Castro Ruz, on Friday, 25 November 2016.
