iciHaiti - Justice : High level training in international law

his week, France, the European Union, the Civil Society Initiative (ISC), the René Cassin Foundation and the École de la Magistrature launched the new training session on international human rights law.

This ten-day high-level training, aimed at law and justice professionals, focuses this year on the issue of statelessness. The opportunity for Raphaël Brigandi of the EU delegation representing EU Ambassador Vincent Degert to highlight the current theme in a context where many people born in the Dominican Republic and repatriated or voluntarily returned to Haiti, as well as children born in Haiti without being registered by the Haitian Government, are at risk of statelessness.
