iciHaiti - FLASH : The Chief of base 509 shot dead by police

On Friday evening, the dangerous Chief of Base 509, "Ti Rony", was shot dead during an exchange of fire during a joint operation by Omega police and the police of Petit-Goâve. Two other suspected bandits "Djeff" and "Roiroi" who were with "Ti Rony" were arrested.
