This project was set up in Cap-Haïtien by the National Institute for the Development and Promotion of Couture (INDEPCO). Recall that since the beginning of the RVC program in Haiti in 2006, Minustah has financed projects totaling more than 76 million US dollars, which directly benefited more than 400,000 Haitians.
