Haiti - Social : 43 Haitians intercepted in Guatemala

Wednesday in Guatemala, one of the most dangerous regions of the world and a transit point for migrants (mostly Haitians, Cubans, Africans and South Americans) who are trying to travel to the United States, the Guatemalan National Civil Police found in the Guatemalan department of Chiquimula 43 Haitians who were part of a group of 114 illegal immigrants of various nationalities.
The migrants were taken to the General Directorate of Migration of Guatemala City.
