iciHaiti - Dominican Republic : Bilateral Cooperation Agreement

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti-Benelux (CCI Haiti-Benelux), represented by Sergio Valkenburg and the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (COCDBL), represented by Gustavo A. De Hostos, have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at stimulating cultural exchanges, tourist exchanges and trade with Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and other countries of the European Union. With this agreement, members of CCI Haiti-Benelux become honorary members of the COCDBL and vice versa.
This agreement of indefinite duration from the date of signature may be tacitly renewed between the parties. However, it is provided that the parties may, if a situation requires it, unilaterally terminate this agreement on 60 days' prior written notice.
