iciHaiti - Politics : The Haitian state officially recognizes 2 new NGOs 16/01/2017 08:53:45
Let us recall that the joint announcements, co-signed by the ministers of Planning and Foreign Affairs, is the official act by which the Haitian State recognizes the existence of an NGO on its territory. In his speech for the occasion, the Minister reminded Fleurant reminded these two institutions that they must work in collaboration with the authorities, since their actions aim to complement those of the government in the targeted areas. He also drew the attention of these NGOs on the obligation they have to submit reports of their activities to the Directorate of Coordination of NGO Activities (DCA-NGO). He also took the opportunity to thank AECID for its support to the DCA-ONG in the framework of the supervision of NGOs throughout the national territory.
