The signatories to this protocol were Carline Joseph, President of the CCIH, Wilhelm Lemke, President of the CCAH and Norma Powell, Director General of the CFI. "The protocol is to arrive at an arbitration clause for all contracts, agreements and approvals. It allows disputes that arise in any relationship to be settled much more quickly, within a maximum of 6 months, where the cost is known in advance by the parties," said Wilhelm Lemke, pointing out that the decision, once taken, protects the relationship.
