Haiti - CONATEL : Communal Call Centers Project

Wednesday, Jean Marie Altema, the Director General of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) met with the President of the National Federation of Haitian Mayors (FENAMH) and Mayor Jude Edouard (Commune of Carrefour), around the Communal Call Centers Project (CAC) for the benefit of the main communes of the country.
Recall that this project aims to promote the quality of services available in communes; Provide the population with essential information about their community; Collect complaints relating to the distribution of services and establish a connection between mayors and citizens.
