Monday, during an interview on Radio Preference, Délor Desgranges, deputy mayor of Petit-Goâve, expressed his reservations about the holding of carnival of Petit-Goâve in August, announced last January by the mayor Jean S. In addition, he wished the rapid launch of the reconstruction work of the City Hall of Petit-Goâve for which the Ministry of Finance has an envelope of 2 million US dollars. Finally, on the delicate issue of "rental taxes", he promises to give his position in the coming days ensuring that no injurious decision against the population will be adopted.

Tuesday, Serge Barreau, the Police Commissioner of Petit-Goâve, confirmed on Radio Preference the arrest of Rilnor Acao on Tuesday in the late afternoon declaring "We apprehended him for several reasons: disorders in order Public, physical assault on a policeman and sabotage of a trailer."
