iciHaiti - Health : Cuban Medical Brigade in Panyol

On Saturday, the population of the village of Panyol (Kenscoff) hosted the Cuban Medical Brigade, which held a mobile clinic in primary health care, a historic first for the community. The Brigade, composed of 8 Cuban specialists in ophthalmology, physiotherapy, pediatrics and general medicine, has consulted about 200 patients throughout the day to the great satisfaction of the community of Panyol.
Note that the Dr. Louis G. Lamothe Foundation has established a solidarity agreement with the Cuban Medical Brigade for the organization of a monthly mobile clinic in the community of Panyol pending the construction of a primary health care post.
