Thanks to the police, the Ministry of Public Works, the private sector, Civil Protection, the Presidency, the Carnival Committee and, above all, a big thank to all the young people who put themselves at the disposal of the commune and the Caranaval to make this activity a success. Finally, I would ask all State authorities to apply the same determination that made this National Carnival a success for the development of the country.
