iciHaiti - Politics : Success of Forum on Youth Involvement in Politics

Nearly 800 young people participated in the Forum on "Youth involvement in Haitian politics" organized earlier this week by Senator Dieudonne Luma Etienne (PHTK) at the Complex Versailles of Cap-Haitien https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-20232-haiti-politics-the-involvement-of-youth-in-haitian-politics.html

For 4 hours, this Forum covered the following topics:

- Job creation and economic opportunities for young people;
- Youth and public administration;
- Young people, higher education and access to university;
- The file of the elected Senator Guy Philippe;
- Youth and political parties.

Aware of the various problems to which are faced our youth, invited parliamentarians: Senator Youri Latortue (AAA) and the Deputy Jerry Tardieu (VERITE), promised to take into account the demands and projects proposed, to develop a legislative agenda and to sensitize the relevant State institutions and their respective political parties on the issues and questions addressed in this Forum.
