This Friday, March 10, the Association of Volunteers for Democracy (AVD) launched the work of the Youth Parliament of Haiti on the proposed legislation on Access to Student Credit, proposed to the Senate of the Republic by Senators Youri Latortue and Carl Murat Cantave.

This document was presented to the AVD at the end of February by the President of the Senate, Youri Latortue, so that the young people of the Youth Parliament of Haiti can produce their reflections on the text before submitting it to Parliament.

The work of the two Houses of the Youth Parliament of Haiti on this bill, will be handed over at the end of March to the office of the Senate of the Republic.

Let us recall that this bill on access to student credit aims to give young people access to a structure of bank loans guaranteed by the Haitian State to finance their university, professional and continuing education.
