This Tuesday the local of Union School will be held the launching ceremony of the scholarship program for learning the English language "Access" (English Microscholarship Access Program).

Funded by the US Department of State, the program will enable 20 economically disadvantaged girls between the ages of 17 and 20 to take Intensive English courses for two years at the Union School.

The objective of this program, funded by the US Department of State, is to enable young girls to learn and master English and to take computer courses while offering them the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of American culture. This program will also enable them to be better prepared to participate in the various exchange and scholarship programs offered by the Embassy to Haitian students and to be more competitive in the labor market.
