In his speech for the occasion, the Minister Fleurant reiterated his commitment to implement the vision of President Moïse and the General Policy of the Prime Minister Lafontant. He promised to relaunch major projects in the light of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Haiti (PSDH), which aims to make Haiti an emerging country by 2030.

In order to realize the Government's vision, the Minister Fleurant promised to quickly activate the leverage of the cooperation in order to find the necessary funds to finance the major projects included in the General Policy since Haiti, in its situation of cancellation of the debt is not eligible to obtain loans from international donors.
