Aware of the expectations and frustrations of the employees, she promises to do everything possible to provide satisfactory answers to their grievances and calls for the collaboration of all, to enable the Ministry to fulfill its mission. Minister Auguste said, "I will be the Ministry's Spokesperson among the Diaspora, and together we will change the image of the institution." She also informed her staff that a request had already been made to the Government to relocate the Ministry in another more appropriate premises. She said she was open to dialogue and was already awaiting suggestions from the staff stating that "Menm si nou ta ban mwen yon konsey ki pa ale nan liy mwen, m pwomèt nou n ap jwenn yon teren dantant kanmenm."
