Heidi Fortuné, the Minister of Justice, in the presence of, among others, Senator Ronald Larèche, deputies Alfredo Antoine (Kenscoff) and Anouce Bernard (Baumont), officials and employees of the institution and representatives of the Justice Section of Minustah and several partners of the Ministry, proceeded this week, to the installation of Jean Claudy Pierre, Doctor in Public Law and Professor at the University, as new Director General. He replaces the outgoing Director Me Jean Roudy Aly who spent 5 years in this position.

In his speech, Minister Fortuné reminded the new Director General that he is now number 2 of the Ministry and that his mission is to work to strengthen it.

Jean Claudy Pierre promised to assist the Minister while working to strengthen the Ministry and to satisfy the demands expressed by some of the employees.

The new Director General is a regular of the Ministry, former Director of Cabinet of the former Minister Pierre-Richard Casimir.
