The Secretary General of the Prime Minister, Hugues Joseph, has pooceeded to the installation of Me Josué Pierre-Louis as General Coordinator, with the rank of Minister, of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH). He replaces the outgoing Coordinator Antoine Verdier.

The Secretary-General Joseph did not fail to praise Me Pierre-Louis's experience and his outstanding qualities, which he described as "a fine connoisseur of public administration," recalling that OMRH, besides managing the global effective of the public service, it must make the Public Service attractive by reinvigorating it and by ensuring the career of civil servants underlining that "[...] or the success of its actions, the Government must rely on a strong public administration and at the service, with competent and motivated staff."

In his speech, Josué Pierre-Louis, following the traditional thanks, promised to work to reconcile the taxpayer with the State through an ambitious plan of action placing the citizen at the heart of public services.

Josué Pierre Louis, a lawyer by training, has a post-graduate degree and holds a doctorate in the field of law and public administration. During his career, he has assumed many important responsibilities in the fields of Justice, Public Administration and Diplomacy. He was successively Government Commissioner, Judge, Director General and Minister of Justice and Public Security, Secretary General of the Presidency and of teh Primature, Ambassador, Professor and Dean of University.
