Eliminated in the playoffs of the Gold Cup 2017, the Haitian National Selection with 537 points nevertheless won 4 places in the last FIFA world ranking for April. Our Grenadiers now occupy the 65th position against the 69th in the previous ranking.
At the Concacaf Zone, the Haitian National Selection also advanced one rank, passing fourth. Mexico (16th), Costa Rica (20th), the United States (23rd) and Panama (57th), respectively, occupy the first 4 places of the Zone.
The The Selecao of Brazil, has returned number one of the world, after its series of 8 consecutive victories in the playoff for the World Cup 2018 in the AmSud Zone surpassing its historic rival Argentina, downgraded to second. Germany reigning World Champion, completes the podium in 3rd place.
