Thursday at the Dominican Chancellery in Santo Domingo, after the first official meeting of foreign ministers Antonio Rodrigue (Haiti) and Miguel Vargas (Dominican Republic), the Dominican Chancellor said that at the level of trade and investment in Haiti things were progressing.
