iciHaiti - Technology : Mission of Discovery Education International in Haiti

As part of a partnership with the Ministry of Education, a team of Discovery Education International (Discovery Channel) is conducting an exploratory mission to Haiti (1-3 May) with the support of Global Partnership for Education (GPE), in order to formalize the strengthening and modernization of the Haitian education system in the field of science and new technologies for the use of multimedia interactive pedagogies.
To this end, a "Workshop around interactive multimedia tools for pedagogy" will be held on Tuesday, May 2nd at the Royal Oasis Hotel in Pétion-ville. The opening ceremony will be chaired by Minister of Education Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, accompanied by Nesmy Manigat, Chairman of the Finance, Ethics, Governance and Risk Committee of the GPE and Ms Kelli Campbell, President of Discovery Education International.
