iciHaiti - Politics : PM visited by a delegation of Canadian parliamentarians

On Monday morning, Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant received a delegation of Canadian parliamentarians, chaired by the President of the Canadian Senate, Georges J. Furey.
During this meeting, the Head of Government outlined the priorities and actions of the Government, with a view to ensuring political stability, the establishment of a security environment and the strengthening of the National Police in anticipation of the departure of the Minustah https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-20653-haiti-flash-the-un-voted-final-departure-of-the-minustah-in-october.html
In addition, he informed Canadian parliamentarians of the major projects of the State, in particular in the fields of agriculture, education and health. He took the opportunity to announce plans to build new high-quality hospitals and high schools in the next fiscal year, as he committed in the declaration of his general policy.
