iciHaiti - Environment : Illegal exploitation of corals

The Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture firmly denounce individuals who illegally exploit the corals of Haiti's seabed. These Ministries remind the general public and offenders in particular that "Any attempt to exploit natural resources for commercial purposes is illegal and exposes all those involved in them to exemplary sanctions."
In addition they inform that instructions have been given to the concerned services of ministries, as well as to the judicial authorities, to ensure that they act with the utmost rigor against the offenders.
