As part of Operation COMTECH, set up to support public institutions in their communication strategies to the general public, Calvin Cadet, the Director General of the Ministry of Communication, met with his counterpart Fednel Monchery of the Ministry of Interior.

This working session made it possible to plan the creation of a support mechanism for more than 5,000 new elected representatives of the Territorial Collectivities, with the aim of strengthening their communication with the general public, with a view to transparency and good governance.

Fednel Monchéry, welcomed the initiative of the Ministry of Communication to launch the Operation COMTECH which, according to him, is able to give a new impetus to government communication.
