This week, as part of the consolidation of her close relations with the population, the Senator of the North Department, Dieudonne Luma Étienne, the only woman in the Senate and first secretary of the Upper House, inaugurated her Political Office, located on 21D Street at 110 Cap Haïtien, in the presence of many members of the sector of Business and Civil Society of Department.

Equipped with a multimedia center, this office offers the opportunity for young people to invest in research, as well as in the New Information and Communication Technologies. According to the Senator, this office is "the home of the people of the North".

Senator Luma took advantage of the inauguration of her office to present to the public a group of Dominican investors working in the treatment of waste that will shortly ensure the wholesomeness of the town of Cap Haïtien stressing "as former Regional Director of the Ministry of Tourism, I must work to make the North a true tourist destination."
