iciHaiti - Diplomacy : Two new Ambassadors accredited in Haiti

Tuesday at the National Palace, President Jovenel Moïse received the credentials of two new ambassadors accredited to Haiti : Hiroyuki Makiuchi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan and Mrs. Ingrid Mollestad, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway.

These two new ambassadors took the opportunity to renew the commitment of their respective countries to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between their countries and Haiti.

The Head of State, for his part, reassured these Ambassadors on the will of the Haitian authorities to work in common to the harmonious development of relations between Haiti and these two friendly countries.

Afterwards, Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant met with the new Ambassador of Japan to strengthen cooperation and friendship ties between the two countries.
