Friday, as part of the celebration of the World Public Service Day, Josué Pierre-Louis, the General Coordinator of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), gave a speech focused on the collaboration of everyone in the implementation of the administrative reform. He stated that "[...] it is necessary to reform the Public Administration, ecause of the poor quality of the public services provided to the populations."

He pointed out that the purpose of the day was, inter alia, to raise the awareness of the greatest number of civil servants about the purpose of public services and appealed to the Directors-General of the Civil Service, to the solidarity within the framework of this reform, as well as civil servants exhorting them to carry out their missions well.
