Friday, Ambassador Panama accredited to Port-au-Prince, Xiomara Pérez Rodriguez responded positively to the invitation of North Senator Dieudonne Luma Étienne by going to Cap-Haitien.

This first historic visit to the country's second largest city is part of the prospect of closer ties between the two countries. Xiomara Pérez Rodriguez took the opportunity to visit the office of Senator Luma and discuss topics such as trade, entrepreneurship and tourism.

Let us note that Senator Luma does not spare her efforts and keeps multiplying her contacts in the process of the reconstruction of the North to make it a true tourist destination source of socio-economic development long awaited.
