iciHaiti - USA : A Haitian receives Unknown Heroin Award from Duke University
Stéphanie Auguste, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, congratulates the young Haitian student, Glenda Dieuveille, who received her Doctorate in Law in May, the recipient of the Unknown Heroin Award from the prestigious Duke University in the United States.

This award recognizes a young woman who has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to the advancement of women at Duke University or the wider American community, whose efforts have not been formally recognized.

Glenda was recognized for her initiative in organizing a round table last year to provide a space for black students around the theme "Who's Crying for the Black Girl ?" Which brought together more than 50 students at a time when acts of police violence were perpetrated against the black population were widely publicized in the media.
