Wednesday, following her meeting last July 15 with representatives of the various football clubs of the first division of the North department around the various obstacles to the development of local Football, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-21539-haiti-politics-senator-etienne-gets-involved-in-football.html the North Senator Dieudonne Luma Étienne attended a meeting with Yves Jean-Bart aka "Dadou", the President of the Haitian Football Federation, in the presence of the authorities of the department and leaders of the football clubs of the region.

In the evening during a second meeting on the structural implementation allowing the various clubs to better position themselves before the start of the Closing Series of the D1 championship, it was decided that renovation work will be carried out at Park Saint Victor. The lawn will be renovated and the infrastructure will be refurbished in order to improve the quality of service at Park Saint Victor.

Club leaders and authorities welcomed the progressive vision of Senator Étienne that they supports and fully encourages in her efforts to develop sport in the North region, football in particular.
