The first edition of the "Rallye Frontière Libre 2017" (28-30 July), with a dozen vehicles, will start from Port-au-Prince to Dajabón in the Dominican Republic, via Mirebalais, Cap-Haïtien, and Elias Piña.

The main objective of the event is to draw attention to the Haitians who live poorly in the isolated areas of the country but also those who live in the border areas. The convoy of the rally will take regular breaks to allow participants to visit sites, including various border points.
