Friday, on decision of Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant, the Director of his cabinet Joseph E. Guillaume presented Richardson Séraphin as Director of Communication of the Primature.

In his speech, Lafontant said that this appointment fills a vacuum of several months and will on the one hand revitalize the Primature, and on the other hand to make the information accessible to the population.
